Emirates unveils new travel kits What's inside?

Emirates has introduced a refreshed version of its luxury Bulgari amenity kits for First Class and Business Class passengers, continuing its long-standing partnership with the Italian fashion house. The latest collection brings updated designs, new fragrance selections, and increased use of recycled materials, reflecting both comfort and sustainability trends in premium air travel.

The airline confirmed that the new Spring/Summer edition marks the 18th iteration of its Bulgari collaboration. The rollout will take place gradually across selected long-haul routes as part of Emirates’ ongoing cabin refurbishment programme, ensuring consistency with its latest onboard interior designs.

For First Class passengers, the new kits are available in multiple variations depending on gender. Men’s versions feature a deep chocolate-toned exterior with burgundy detailing, while women’s versions come in a champagne metallic finish paired with soft blush interiors. Inside, passengers will find Bulgari’s premium fragrance line, including Le Gemme Sahare for women and Le Gemme Yasep for men, both in 30ml bottles inspired by natural and gemstone themes.

In addition to fragrances, First Class kits include a full set of travel essentials such as dental care items, deodorant, tissues, a foldable hairbrush, skincare emulsions, and Bulgari lip balm. Female passengers also receive an exclusive gold-toned pocket mirror designed specifically for this edition.

Business Class passengers will also benefit from refreshed Bulgari amenity kits, featuring redesigned materials and new colour palettes. Men’s kits are styled in chocolate brown with grey accents, while women’s kits feature a softer buttercream exterior with pink detailing. These kits include Bulgari Man Rain Essence for men and Omnia Crystalline for women, along with skincare products and travel necessities similar to those provided in First Class.

A key highlight of the new collection is its sustainability focus. Emirates has incorporated recycled materials into various components of the kits, including fabric-based bags, combs, foldable brushes, and selected accessories. Packaging elements such as dental kits now use eco-conscious kraft paper, further reducing environmental impact.

Beyond design and fragrance upgrades, the kits continue to reflect Emirates’ strategy of enhancing passenger experience through luxury branding and thoughtful details aligned with its modern cabin upgrades.

While the aesthetics and amenities are important, the most notable aspect of the launch lies in its broader direction.

The collection is being deployed across selected long-haul flights and will expand gradually throughout the year. First Class passengers can expect multiple design variations, while Business Class travellers will also receive updated versions tailored to gender and cabin standards. The integration of recycled materials across both classes signals Emirates’ continued move toward more sustainable inflight products.

Ultimately, the new Bulgari travel kits highlight how premium airlines are evolving beyond traditional service offerings. By combining luxury fragrances, refined design, and environmentally conscious materials, Emirates is reinforcing its position in high-end aviation while adapting to modern expectations for comfort and sustainability.

Why Booker winner Banu Mushtaq refuses to 'internationalise' her language
For Banu Mushtaq, writer, activist, lawyer, and winner of the 2025 International Booker Prize for Heart Lamp, literature has always been an instrument of truth and resistance. One of India’s most fearless literary voices, she emerged from Karnataka’s Bandaya Sahitya movement of the 1970s and '80s, a radical wave of writers who challenged caste, class, and gender hierarchies through words that burned with conviction. Among that pioneering generation, Banu stood out as one of the few women whose voice carried both rebellion and grace.
